The M N Double A is a privately funded layout. Roughly based on the concept of a
preserved hill climb line with a Visitors Centre, logging, and off-scene quarrying interests.
This allows the use of a variety of passenger & freight rolling stock and locos, mostly shorter
wheelbase bogie stock. Locomotive power and control are to be by DCC and the track is
wired as a single section. The points are electric by slow motion point motor. Control is to
be by traditional analogue control via mimic boards.
The scenery is nearly complete. Mainly ballasting the track with PG Tips loose tea to give
an earthy rustic feel. I might try to add a few more trees.
I am currently re-wiring the power connections between the boards.
